Brigel integrates with Meta services, including WhatsApp Business Platform, Facebook Pages, Instagram Professional Accounts, Meta Ads, and Lead Ads, where applicable and authorized by the customer. When a business connects its Meta account or business assets to Brigel, we may process information made available through the applicable Meta APIs and permissions. This may include business account information, Facebook Page information, Instagram account information, messages, comments, leads submitted through Lead Ads, advertising account information, campaign information, and available performance metrics. Brigel uses this information only to provide the features requested and authorized by the business, such as customer communication, lead management, inbox management, campaign management, advertising analytics, and CRM functionality. Meta Platform Data is accessed only after the business user authorizes and connects the relevant Meta business assets to Brigel. We do not access Meta data from accounts or business assets that have not been authorized by the user. Meta Platform Data may be accessible to authorized users within the customer's Brigel account based on their account permissions and roles. We do not sell Meta Platform Data. Users may disconnect their Meta account or request deletion of their data through Brigel's available account and data deletion mechanisms. Brigel processes Meta Platform Data in accordance with applicable Meta Platform Terms, policies, and requirements.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), regular security audits, access controls, intrusion detection systems, and SOC2 compliant infrastructure.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion request, we remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
We may share data with trusted third-party services for payment processing (Razorpay, Stripe), analytics (Google Analytics), communication delivery (WhatsApp/Meta), and cloud hosting. All third parties are bound by confidentiality agreements and data processing agreements.
